Notes 8 Gold not shutting down on XP either

I'm running Notes 8 Gold (1143) on XP SP2 and also having trouble getting Notes to close completely upon exit. I've disabled the replication on close and synchronize settings in the preferences and still, I'm forced to use ZapNotes or NSD to kill all processes and restart Notes. Where can I send kill logs to get this addressed, is there an SPR we can add them too?
